生产过程中配有自动码坯机或机辅手码坯，自动上下架系统等，干燥运坯方式采用干燥车与钢

托盘结合或固定式干燥车由牵引机运送至干燥室。

此工艺适用于生产以页岩、煤矸石为原料的KP1标砖，以及模数尺寸与KP1 接近的多孔砖，

孔洞率在25%-40%之间。4.6m窑炉配套生产可达150 .000块／天（ KP1），配合750砖机，

两条窑炉的产能可达300.000块／天（ KP1）。
