潮汐苗床的工作原理如虾潮汐灌溉系统中的潮汐分为涨潮和退潮两部分。涨潮部分:在每一个栽培床的旁边配置输送管道,每一根管道都配有电磁阀。灌溉控制器控制电磁阀开启后,营养液就可以从施肥系统通过管道输到潮汐育苗盘上。涨潮需要在规定的时间内完成,此时电磁阀处于闭合状态。退潮部分在涨潮工作完成后进行:植物经过灌溉后,回液调节阀开启,营养液被回收到沉淀小水池内,再由灌溉控制器控制水泵启动将营养液抽回到回收水箱中。

潮汐式灌溉是一种利用毛细原理实现为植物从根部进行灌溉的技术,该技术可以避免叶面产生水膜,使叶片接触更多阳光,促进光合作用,提高水肥利用率,易控制相对湿度,减少病虫害。但目前,国内对相关技术的研究较少,且整体水平较为落后,相关的研究论文数量和专利数量也较少。基于此种情况,加潜汐式苗床灌溉系统的研究力度,并且投入到温室使用,可以使灌溉效率和水分利用率明显提高,同时减少氮肥施用。这种基于计算机控制来实现农作物灌溉施肥的系统,将具有广阔的应用前景。
